I’m a long time extremely user. I stopped for 5 days, did this for 10 days, had 5 days after and passed with flying colors. The last time I stopped smoking it took almost 2 months to get clean. While doing this program I avoided caffeine, and red meat. I also ate only low fat forms of protein and lots of raw vegetables while drinking about 120 ounces of water a day. In addition to this I made sure to get a good sweat going at the gym every day. The only downside was the relentless diarrhea while on the stuff, and I got constipated after it was done. However, I got the job!!!
